You know what’s funny? Today I came across a “prescription” for how to keep your heart! I instantly thought of your comment and had to come back here. I found it in Phillipians 4:4-7. I am looking up each word as I go and there is so much there that I’ve been needing. In the end, it is God’s peace that ends up keeping or “guarding” our hearts if we follow the steps. It has much comfort for me. ❤️

It’s easy to understand the discipline and diligence of daily time… with Him in His Word and in our conversations with Him, but I’d love a prescription of what to “do” do keep my heart focused correctly all day long! I guess this is how the Spirit works in each life individually – different prescriptions for different folks. Thanks again for the fresh challenge. ♫
