Amen. Once we learn how to accept ourselves for who we are, weight isn't going to make much difference. Many people think they will be happier if they just get back to the "high school weight", pre wedding weight, pre baby weight.....Frankly I haven't seen my high school weight since high school but then again I am now in my last quarter of life on earth so what's it going to mean anyway? Frankly I've lost in excess of 50 lbs, gained some back, lost almost 40 lbs until surgery interfered, and am now at my post pregnancy weight. I'm not completely happy about it but I have accepted it for the time being. When it's the right time I will get control of my weight once again.
