					<description><![CDATA[Thoughts on paleo / keto diets? I have PCOS, so my Dr has said basically that carbs are my enemy, and 2/3 of my plate should be green at every meal.  I am tired. All. The. Time. Unless i &quot;cheat&quot; and have carbs. Then I&#039;m out of wack for a few days. Today I had zero carbs, and I&#039;ve just been exhausted all day.]]></description>
