Thank you Jennifer. I came across this article at 4:00am.Once again I was up over analyzing my life and trying to figure out what is next for me. This is a spiritual battle, it causes stress, anxiety, and fear. I know God did not intend for us to worry but he wants is to cast our cares on to him. Your article has helped me so much. I couldn't help but to go into prayer and ask God to help me to sit still as he direct my path.
Continue to keep me in your prayers.
Thank you ,
Tinesha.

In reply to <a href="https://www.graceandhonor.org/2011/06/overwhelmed-and-overanalyzing/#comment-3205">Tiffany</a>.

Tiffany,

I'm so very glad that this has been a help to you. Over-analyzing is something that I believe many women struggle with. I think the key is that it is a daily battle. We won't get victory in a day. I know that every day, I need to yield my over-analyzing thoughts to the LORD. Praying that you will continue to have victory.

With Love,

This is such a great article. I was a chronic over analyzer and had to try to think out the whole scenario before anything happened. This has helped me so much. I get peace in knowing that I can trust God and rest in him. He has all the answers, so why not trust him!

Thank you so much for this article and for the encouragement it brings. You hit the nail right on the head for me with your words. This is exactly what I have been going through lately. My overthinking has really caused me to become anxious, and loose sleep over where my life is going right now - discontented because circumstances are moving too slow for me. It is very difficult sometimes, but I will try to practice what you have written. I need prayer for that "sit still" part! Thanks for your Scripture verses - absolutely perfect! Something for me to hold on to. Sandi - Pittsburgh, PA
