Things happen that I would not approve of for my life. If I was walking through a store of “Choices for Rachel’s Life,” I would not take those things off the shelf to put into my cart. I would leave them there! No, surely it is better to leave them there.

Make 2010 Count
A few weeks ago as I was reading through the little book of Haggai, three action statements jumped out at me, and the Lord used them to work a few changes in my life at the time, so I thought I would share them with you. I think they are especially applicable at the start of this new year when we are considering the months before us and laying out some plans.
The Great Litchi Harvest
Care for some fresh picked litchis? Or lychee, laichi, lichu – depending on where you’re from. For us, it’s the taste of summer! We are blessed this term to have our very own gigantic, shady, litchi tree in our backyard. Our bountiful crop was ready to enjoy at Christmas time!
